Nighto is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Services.
We do not sell your personal information.

- Device information: device model, OS version, language, app version, identifiers (as permitted), network information.

Photos and facial data
Nighto does not perform face recognition, does not infer biometric identifiers, and does not create biometric profiles. Photos you upload are used only to provide the requested AI analysis and suggestions. Unless you explicitly choose to upload content, your photos remain on your device by default.
3) AI Features and Uploaded Content Processing
Nighto provides AI-driven insights on image composition, lighting, and exposure. If you choose to upload photos and/or text for analysis:
- Processing location: your uploaded content is processed on our own servers operated by Nighto Team.
- No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded photos or text with any third party.
- No training/marketing: we do not use your uploaded photos or text for marketing, and we do not use it to train advertising systems.
- Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded photos/text from our servers immediately after processing is complete (and any strictly necessary short-lived technical buffering to complete the request).
- Your control: you control whether to upload content and whether to generate outputs.
4) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Services, including authentication and delivering requested features.
- Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
- Improve and develop the Services, including troubleshooting and quality improvement.
- Security and fraud prevention.
- Customer support and communications.
- Legal compliance and enforcement of our rights.
